WELLBEING

We’re proud of our wellbeing programmes designed to engage, support and motivate colleagues. 

Our Stay Well Ambassadors work across the Keyline network and the Group to explore ways of maintaining the wellbeing of our colleagues. They’re a dedicated resource who help us to shape policies and provide first hand support to colleagues. We also have Mental Health First Aiders - local colleagues who are trained to listen and support when it’s needed.
