COVID-19 Trading Update - November 2020
The Prime Minister's announcement confirmed that we will enter a second lockdown in England alongside recently imposed additional restrictions in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. While clearly, this is an outcome that we had all hoped would be avoided - the message for all parts of the country has been clear that the construction sector must continue to operate as an engine of longer-term economic recovery for the country.
As part of the materials supply chain for the construction industry, we will remain open for business across the whole of the UK helping to ensure that this essential infrastructure is maintained.
The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and those that come into contact with our business, remains our number one priority. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have followed the government guidelines to ensure that all of the appropriate safety measures are in place to allow us to support our customers safely. We will be continuing to maintain our COVID-19 safety procedures and we ask that those that come into contact with our colleagues work with us to ensure that we are keeping each other safe and helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
