COVID-19 TRADING UPDATE (Updated 21/10/2020)
While the country continues to work hard to restrict the spread of COVID-19 and businesses strive to return to a sense business as usual, Keyline Civils Specialist remain committed to maintaining colleague, customer and supplier safety as we continue to trade.
To support our loyal customers and the wider industry as they play their part in getting Britain building again our branches are open with a number of safety measures in place. The welfare and safety of our colleagues and anyone that comes into contact with our business is our number one priority.
REGIONAL / LOCAL LOCKDOWNS
As the country continues to work to limit the spread of COVID-19 and manage this on a local basis the construction industry is currently set to continue to work through any local tiers or circuit breakers. While supporting this our branches will remain open to support the construction industry, with the safety of our colleagues, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we serve remaining our number one priority.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have followed the government guidelines to ensure that all of the appropriate safety measures are in place to allow us to support our customers safely. And therefore, we are pleased to advise that the below-listed branches will remain open throughout their local restrictions:

WHEN RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
Customers will continue to be offered the choice of delivered or a call and collect service to receive their goods. We will also look to supply products in the safest way possible, at times this will mean that some products will only be available in full pallet quantities to reduce manual handling.

Contact free deliveries will be made at a prearranged timed delivery slot, adhering to site safety rules and to a segregated and isolated offload area wherever possible. For full details of our delivery process please click here
We continue to empower our drivers to make the decision about whether they feel it is safe to complete a delivery or not. If they don’t feel comfortable about any aspect of an offload, we ask customers to respect their decision should they choose to return to their vehicle and leave the site.
MANDATORY FACE COVERINGS
We must ask that from 24th July, when visiting a Keyline Civils Specialist branch or location that, at all times, face coverings are worn anywhere that is indoors when visiting us.
It is not mandatory for our colleagues to wear face coverings, however you will find them wearing a face covering indoors if there is no perspex screen between them and our customer or if they are standing in, working in or moving through the shop area.
Please ensure that any visitors bring suitable face coverings with them.
ACCESSING OUR TRADE COUNTERS
Access to some of our sites is still on a per-arranged basis for our customers, please contact your local branch to check arrangements. please click here to find details of your local branch.
A number of our trade counters remain closed to visitors, some do provide restricted access. Please ensure that you call ahead before visiting our branches and arrange a call and collect order for anything you need on the same day.
External visitors are not allowed at this time.
PLEASE CAN WE ASK YOU
Customers should not come into contact with our colleagues if they have COVID-19, any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that has.
We must ask customers to at all times to adhere our social distancing and safety measures - if these measures are not met we will have to cease interaction with you
We ask you for your understanding and patience at this time. We will always strive to service our customers' needs in the required timescales - however it may not always be able to offer our normal speed of service due to the safety measures in place (for both us and our suppliers).
