COVID-19 TRADING UPDATE (Updated 16/02/2021)

As England goes into another national lockdown, and with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland already in lockdown we can confirm that our Keyline Civils Specialist branches remain open to support your business - operating with strict COVID secure processes.

To protect our colleagues and customers, we won’t let customers into our shops, trade counters or warehouse areas who aren't wearing a face covering, unless they’re exempt in line with Government guidance. Please also make sure that you wear your face covering correctly – covering your mouth and your nose.

The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and those that come into contact with our business remains our number one priority and we have the appropriate safety measures in place to allow us to support our customers safely. We will be continuing to maintain our COVID-secure processes and we ask that you and your colleagues continue to work with us to ensure that we are keeping each other safe and helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

As we continue through this period we must ask for your continued support adhering to our current safety measures. Please speak to your local branch for details of any specific local trading restrictions -

Customers will continue to be offered the choice of delivered or a call and collect service to receive their goods. We will also look to supply products in the safest way possible, at times this will mean that some products will only be available in full pallet quantities to reduce manual handling.

Call and collect customers will be provided a set time slot to collect their order - for full details of this process please click here

Contact free deliveries will be made at a prearranged timed delivery slot, adhering to site safety rules and to a segregated and isolated offload area wherever possible. For full details of our delivery process please click here

We continue to empower our drivers to make the decision about whether they feel it is safe to complete a delivery or not. If they don’t feel comfortable about any aspect of an offload, we ask customers to respect their decision should they choose to return to their vehicle and leave the site.

When visiting a Keyline Civils Specialist branch or location, you must wear a face covering at all times in our shops/trade counter/warehouse areas.

Face coverings are required by colleagues in the shop/trade counter/warehouse area where the public has access (for example, when moving around the shop floor).

Please ensure that any visitors bring suitable face coverings with them.

Access to some of our sites is still on a per-arranged basis for our customers, please contact your local branch to check arrangements. please click here to find details of your local branch.

A number of our trade counters remain closed to visitors, some do provide restricted access. Please ensure that you call ahead before visiting our branches and arrange a call and collect order for anything you need on the same day.

External visitors are not allowed at this time.

Customers should not come into contact with our colleagues if they have COVID-19, any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that has.

We must ask customers to at all times to adhere our social distancing and safety measures - if these measures are not met we will have to cease interaction with you

We ask you for your understanding and patience at this time. We will always strive to service our customers' needs in the required timescales - however it may not always be able to offer our normal speed of service due to the safety measures in place (for both us and our suppliers).

We thank you for your continued support in these times of uncertainty.
