As a Management Trainee you will have a specified training programme covering product knowledge and commercial skills. You will work in all areas of our branches, learning as you go and this should enable you to fill an appointment at a Senior Sales level on completion of your training and move rapidly through the business to reach a managerial position in approximately five years.
