OsmaDrain is designed for use in gravity drainage installations at depths of up to 10m, with outfalls into Local Authority sewers, private treatment plants, cesspools and for surface water drainage into soakaways or watercourses.
Keyline stock a wide variety of standard components from bends, junctions, inspection chambers, adaptors, rodding eyes, gullies, covers and hoppers, with the added reassurance of Osma’s unique captive seal system.
OsmaDrain pipe meets the requirements of BS EN 13476 and are Kitemarked. The majority of OsmaDrain fittings meet the requirements of BS EN 1401 and/or BS EN 4660 and are Kitemarked.

The pipe complies with the requirements of BS EN 13476-3 and Water Industry Specification WIS

Available in dimensions of 150mm, 225mm and 300mm, the system offers a comprehensive range of fittings for each diameter.
Easy to handle and install on site – without the need for heavy plant machinery – the OSMA UltraRib system enables major groundworks to be carried out more efficiently and safely. It’s simple to cut, the pipe doesn’t need chamfering and its high performance sealing ring creates a watertight joint that’s impossible to displace during installation.
Keyline stock a wide range of Hepworth Clay drainage products that suit a wide variety of applications.
The Hepworth Drainage range includes everything from fittings, couplings, junctions, bends, adapters, connectors and access chambers. It’s SuperSleve clay drainage system comprises a range of vitrified clay pipes, bends, junctions and fittings available in 100mm, 150mm, 225mm and 300mm diameters, with inherent strength, reliability, durability and dimensional accuracy to give confidence during installation and reassurance in service.
The Hepworth Clay range of vitrified clay half and three-quarter section channels is for use with the SuperSleve drainage systems, in the construction of inspection chambers and manholes. The channels are available in a variety of sizes from 100mm to 450mm and are jointed with conventional mortar joints.
Hepworth Clay Yard Gullies are suitable for Light (1 tonne load) and Medium (5 tonne load) duty drainage applications, with 100mm or 150mm outlets. Larger Road gullies are also available with 100mm & 150mm outlets.
Osma Inspection Chambers are available in 250, 300 and 450mm diameters, approved to BS EN 13598-1 for shallow applications. They are suitable for use in both adoptable and non-adoptable applications to a maximum depth of 0.9 metres, depending on the chamber and the application. A 500mm diameter chamber approved to BS 7158 for use down to 3 metres is also available in the Osma range.
Their IC 250, 315, 450 and 500mm chambers comply with BS EN 1398-1:2010 and the 500mm chamber complies with the requirements of BS EN 7158:2001. All are Kitemarked and Sewers for Adoption 7 compliant.
Chambers are available in up to ten base configurations and support both straight-through and 45 collection flow configurations for 110/160 mm plastic pipes or 100/150mm clay and for a use with a 150mm UltraRib pipe. The 250mm comes with an integrated shaft, the 315 and 450 have ribbed shafts and the 500mm comes with a push-fit shaft system in 305mm sections. All can be easily cut to size.
Keyline offer Wavin Inspection Chambers in 315, 450 and 600mm diameters, approved to BS EN 13598-2 for deep applications. They are suitable for use in both adoptable and non-adoptable applications to a maximum depth of 3 metres, depending on the chamber and the application. There is also a 200mm diameter Inspection Chamber approved to BS EN 13598-1.
The complete range of Wavin Inspection Chambers – deep are approved to BS EN 13598-2:2009 (except the Range 200 IC which is approved to BS EN 13598 – 1), and comply with the requirements of Sewers for Adoption 7.
